Hi, I ordered a 32GB HP touchpad yesterday (Sunday) and would like to cancel it. I called 1-888-BEST BUY but didn't get CSR answer me after 10 minutes waiting. I thought it was because Sunday. So I called again today (Monday) and the CSR transfered me after she heard I ordered online. Again, after a long time waiting nobody answered me and I could hear nothing on the phone at all.
The issue is, I got an email from BB just now that the package has shipped (though no tracking info yet), and may I refuse the package to get a full refund (it was free shipping)? Need to say this is the $149.99 discoutinued price and return was said not accepted.

You can always resell it on Ebay. And you can probably sell it at a small profit. However, if you are going to resell it. Be sure that you never open the original factory sealed retail packaging. Once it has been opened for any reason, the value drops substantially.
