Hello I am writing this to complain about the situation I am in right now with best buy. I ordered 3 games. 2 of the 3 came the following week and the last one was originally going to be picked up however I received an email stating it wasn't available for pick up at the store I was suppose to pick it up from, therefore I was instructed to contact the customer service to arrange other options, which I did the following day. Instead of picking it up the game was going to be shipped however I was notified a week later that the item was backorder. So I decided to wait a week for them to ship it, however after a week and a half I decided enough time had been given to fulfill my order so I decided to call yesterday. Spoke to customer service and was notified the game that was backorder was no longer coming up in the system and would not be mailed to me as they will no longer have it. I asked if I could return the two games I had received as they are un open however he stated if i did I would get charged for the 3 games even though I was only returning the 2 games I received. Furthermore he tells me he needs to refer me to the promotions department and they should be contacting me via email within 7 to 10 business days. This is complete b.s. and I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I mean a simple email or call letting me know the game would no longer be sold would have been great to know rather than me waiting for a game that isn't coming . Has anybody had similar experiences or problems with the buy 2 get 1 free promotion..
