Just received confirmation that my black friday order was cancelled! BB don't have any more??!! The order was cancelled two days after I ordered and paid in good faith. What is going on??!! It took two days to find out that they were out of stock!! EVery other site says OUT OF STOCK during the order process. I can't find the blaybook at the black friday price now. What can Best Buy do for me? They took the money for the other Christmas purchases without a backorder. Please explain this to me. TWO DAYS after the order! Please restore my respect with BB.

I am going to report this to Better Business Bureau. This is no way to treat your customers.

Thursday, 24 made the purchase of 2 boards online blackberry today and Saturday day-by-mail telling methat they do not have to cancel my order, what I mean and tell me if I want to give me lenovo is supposed you buy what you like not what you want to sell them, plus I was told by mail that I could give a purchase like thatand my satisfaction and I do not want to meet one that look identical but the lower value bestbuy and cash themoney on the card since Thursday and also tell me that if you cancel up to day 3 appear on my credit cardabuse and theft that is because if I start to charge interest who will pay them

There is no need to report anyone on these issues, the community connectors are trying to resolve them as quickly as possible, they are from corporate, the closest you can for support.
