The Blackberry Playbook was in enormous demand, so much so, that regrettably many orders, like yours, were placed on backorder. Having the same exact issue no one cares to help me keeps telling me someone will call me back I come to find out its gonna take 7-10 days for someone to get back to me not acceptable I need to hear from someone actually called corporate and they blew me off. To make matters worse this tablet as of this morning was available on the best buy for business site.
