I purchased 3 games from bestbuy.com. One was sent out then 2 days later it said the other 2 items was sent out. Received first item ok (12/10), but when I received the second package it only had 1 game(12/14)! I called customer service and they were very unhelpful. They tried to tell me that they only ship 1 item in a package, never 2. I told them that the package slip listed both items on the slip. He gave me the tracking # which was the same number I had for the package I had received... I gave up. Called back the next day (12/15) spoke with someone else. They were also unhelpful, said someone would contact me in 7-10 days. I ordered these games on 12/05 plenty of time to get here before Christmas. Is my missing game New Super Mario Bros. Wii-Nintendo Wii going to be here by Christmas?

I appreciate you taking some time to contact us about the order you placed on BestBuy.com and how you didn’t receive the last game that was supposed to be shipped with the other one. I know that I would be frustrated if I paid for something that I didn’t receive.

I have a similar issue, except with bestbuy.ca. I ordered a laptop, but it is missing half of the AC Adapter, so I can't even charge the laptop! I tried calling the customer service line, but it hangs up on me once the operator says, "transferring to someone who can assist". Frustrating because hanging up on me is doing the exact opposite. Sent a few inquiries via the website, but not even a confirmation email.
