I ordered an $800 TV with premium mounting option by Geek Squad.
I called a day later to upgrade to a $1500 Sony TV I saw in the store (& is listed online) instead (same size, would be the same mounting option) and
I am told this can't be done, the Best Buy systems cannot handle it.
I called twice more, and 2 more representatives told me the same thing.
Best Buy can't even seem to help itself to more business.
If someone from BestBuy could email me, I'm all ears.

I was able to get your order cancelled after pulling some strings. More than likely you received a cancellation e-mail already. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please feel free to make a new order of that Sony TV if you would like.

I was not credited for the Geek Squad installation services when the order was cancelled. Now there is a $557.92 charge for these services.
I would be happy to get the Sony TV with the same Geek Squad services, but when the TV was cancelled, the
bunding discount for installation in the original order reverted to the original prices, and I would like to have the Sony with the
$275 mounting package available, not the separate charges of $290 for the RocketFish mount and $250 for the Geek Squad fee.
(Case #91352808).

OK, it look like I was credited for the phantom Geek Squad charge. Now I will return the stand & start from scratch.
