To enhance your online shopping experience, we’re making updates to BestBuy.com.  The site will be temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance starting on Sunday 4/8 at 5am ET.  It will be available again on Monday 4/9.  Please pardon the inconvenience.

What does this mean for my experience on BestBuy.com?

While the updates are occurring, customers will be unable to search or browse products, place orders, or check order status on BestBuy.com, m.bestbuy.com (mobile or tablet), BestBuy.com/espanol and store kiosks.

Is there another way to check my BestBuy.com order status or make online purchases during this time?

Unfortunately, no.  In addition to being inaccessible through BestBuy.com, these functions will also be inaccessible to store employees, call center agents and online support representatives.

Reminder:  Our stores are closed for Easter, but you can still check out our Weekly Ad to plan your next purchase!

Will this delay processing and shipment of my purchase made prior to the beginning of the updates?

No.  Our warehouse will continue processing and shipping existing orders during this time.  However, you will not receive emails regarding your order while the updates are in progress.
