Is there another way to check my BestBuy.com order status or make online purchases during this time?
Unfortunately, no. In addition to being inaccessible through BestBuy.com, these functions will also be inaccessible to store employees, call center agents and online support representatives.
Will this delay processing and shipment of my purchase made prior to the beginning of the updates?
No. Our warehouse will continue processing and shipping existing orders during this time. However, you will not receive emails regarding your order while the updates are in progress.
