So about a week ago, I emailed Best Buy customer service (via a link on my order confirmation page), because an item I purchased for $179.99 was now being sold (on bestbuy.com) for $159.99. I emailed asking for a price match since it was within 4 weeks and the price had been lowered on their own site, so I figured it would be a pretty straightforward price match. Well, one week later, I still haven't even received a reply from Best Buy customer service, and now the price of the item has been raised to $199.99, so I fear that I will never see my $20 back. My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. I'm sure that if one of the Best Buy employees here looks at this order number they will be able to track that the price did drop down to $159.99, and I hope that my $20 can be refunded. Thanks!

JOIN THE CLUB of unhappy BB.com customers who are being jerked around trying to get a price match, I have a post here detailing my headache about trying to get a $106 refund for a laptop computer. You say you sent them an email about price matching, wish I could have done that. Because I ordered the laptop thru BB.com even though I paid for it and picked it up at a local store, I had to call their 1-888 number to get any service, and they are still doing NOTHING, their credit department called us at home a few days after my original contact, and they still have not done ANYTHING except stall around. I don't think this forum has ANY Best Buy employees monitoring it and if they do, I don't think any of them have the authority, or even CARE about trying to help the members of this forum. Just my opinion.

Update:
Just got an email that I am recieving my $20 credit. Not sure if it was thanks to someone at this forum, or if it was a (very) delayed response from the original email I sent. Either way, thanks Best Buy!!!
