Ordered the Witcher 2: Dark Edition back in Feb 18th and paid it in full 2 months in advance.
Order gets cancelled 1 week before item ships. Best buy sends me an email apologizing the inconvenience and offering me the game for free with a free shirt and $25 online coupon if I call.
-Called yesterday, customer service rep says my order wasn't cancelled, pretty happy about that.
-Gets an email today saying my order was canceled. SMH.
-Calls customer service rep aout free offer, only to be told that they don't know anything about said offer
and will call me several days later to inform of status?
-Haven't received $108 refund either.
Granted, I will be blogging about this and posting about it in as many gaming websites as possible in order to avoid Best Buy like the Bubonic Plague.

I love how the Customer Service Reps are at a loss for words. Truly uncompromising service!

The reason customer service reps deflect and deny is because when you call back there is a slim chance you will have to deal with the same person.
They just keep sweeping dirt under the rug. They figure after giving you the run-around long enough that you will give up.
I've been posting for a few months and have asked multiple times why their phone system has a high disconnect rate. I have yet to receive an answer.

Funny thing is that I had a squeaky clean image of BestBuy before this incident. Ignorance is bliss they say.

I wouldn't trust them. Keep checking on your item until you get a tracking number. I plan on doing the same.
