Just a huge, huge rant against Best Buy. I, like many others, fell prey to their promise of cyber Monday deals gone awry. I received a couple of letters telling me the item I'd purchased was on back order. At that point I had the option to wait to see what would happen or cancel the order. I opted to wait, thought I'd give it a couple of weeks and if it was still back ordered I'd get my husband something else. So, comes Dec. 14th, I get another letter telling me that the previous letters I'd gotten had mentioned a back order, but it would be now be fulfilled according to their "Christmas delivery guarantee by Dec 24th date"...blah, blah, blah. SOOOOO, I wait, and I wait and then comes the 23rd. I realize the letter had said they would send a tracking number which I never received. Now, I've decided I'll have to get a last minute gift and wait until sometime after Christmas and check out this "guarantee' to see what it was. Okay, so if you spend up to 50.00 dollars you get a 10.00 e gift card, anything more than that and it's 20.00. Okay, so at this moment I've decided to collect for not following through, and in the fine print I read: "excludes back orders". What a joke. So, fool me once Best Buy shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. There are lots more places to purchase your high priced goods. You just lost a valued customer. Hope your lame, and yet deceiving promises were worth the amount you could have made on me. I've spent THOUSANDS at your store.

Customers like you are the only reason Best Buy is even still in business. Do a little homework next time instead of being a mindless sheep.
Not only did you pay too much, but Best Buy screwed unknown thousands across the country for failure to deliver goods THEY ADVERTISED!
