I placed an order on 4/25/12 for a projector. "Estimated" delivery was supposed to be from 5/1 to 5/4. To date the projector has not arrived. The sales people had assured me it would arrive between the dates. I needed the product between those dates and Best Buy let me down.
Best Buy delivery sucks (for better lack of words). I will NEVER again order anything through Best Buy.Com. I am now seriously thinking of returning the product if and when I ever recieve it. I no longer need it...

I am sorry to hear about the issues with your order and not being able to get the projector within the time frame that you had expected. I can imagine how disappointed you are in us, and honestly I can’t blame you for feeling that way.
From what I can see there was a system issue that prevented that SKU from being able to be ordered from the vendor which had caused your order to be “stuck”. I have partnered with a contact within our online ordering team and unfortunately our only option was to have this order canceled.
I hope you understand that this is not the typical experience you’ll have when ordering from us. I hope that in the future you give us another chance to meet your technology needs.
