Well it looks like others have had this same issue. I spent 2 hours on the phone this evening attempting to get the Best Buy PC App to show my Turbo Tax software in My Downloads. I was transferred between 9 people tonight, the first 5 honestly could have been working for McDonald's Tech Support rather then Best Buy. The 5th tech told me I needed to buy a Tech Support plan to resolve this issue because it required the tech to remote over to my PC!!!

I was given a support ticket number finally with the last PC App specific tech ({removed per forum guidelines}) but based on several other posts here I am worried I won't hear anything back for over a week, if ever. If anyone knows of a way to correct the PC App to correctly show the software I have purchased under My Downloads please let me know. The software in question is TurboTax Home & Business.

Note: I try to be very understanding with tech support type people, I know its not their fault the issue is presenting itself, but seriously Best Buy needs to do some SERIOUS training on your Tier 1 or whatever level it is. Telling me I need to pay to get tech support to be able to download the software I bought, I almost lost it- rarely happens when dealing with phone support like this! That's it for my polite rant for now

Good rant. You buy something and you should be able to use it without a problem. But sometimes problems do creep in and in that case Tech Supprt should do what they're paid to do. Fix it.

me too purchased tax software and was no where to be found on BB pc app have been a month,no results worst customer service of any company last purchase from BB if no satisfaction recieved

I had a problem too. I couldn't even find the "My Downloads" tab. Finally, figured out that you have to click "My Account" to get to it.

I just checked and my turbotax download is not shown in "my downloads" either. I paid money for it, but now it's missing.

I experienced this same TurboTax download issue. It worked itself out and appeared in "My Downloads" the next day.
