I purchased a game for digital download through the Best Buy website, but unfortunately, the PC APP won't install correctly and I can't run the program. I have already tried uninstalling it and doing it again but it won't work. My computer is a raly good Windows 7 computer that runs fine. How can I download the game that I purchased?

If you’re still experiencing difficulties, then you may want to try manually deleting the PC App data folder and reinstalling the program again. The PC App data folder should be located here:

Yes, I have done this before but it tells me that it can't find certain files necessary to run. I have already deleted all the files and uninstalled it but when i try to install the pc app again, the installer acts like it is repairing the program and not installing it. I have been at it for hours and i'm pretty sure theres nothing I can do. How can I access my download that I purchased? I don't wan't to waste my money.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, you'll want to contact our PC App support team at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) if you've been unable to install and run the PC app - we do not have the ability to troubleshoot installation issues online or by e-mail.
