I ordered a Fridge at BestBuy.com and realized the next morning that is was not the one I wanted. Called customer service to have it canceled and received a case number because the agent couldnt cancel it herself. It had to be sent to another department. I never received a confirmation email like I was told I would so kept calling into customer service and waiting on hold for more than 40 minutes at a time. (on hold now) and it has been 30 minutes already. Each time the agent said the order shows we canceled but they could tell us why we haven't received a confirmation email or credit. I also, sent 4 or 5 emails that never received a response to besides the computer generated email. So today I got a email saying the product had shipped. Are you serious! Now its Monday and the trucking company called trying to set up the delivery. We were on the phone last evening with customer service again trying to get answers but the agent could tell us anything because no one in the un-named department would pick up the phone. This isstarting to sound fishy to say the least! I can promise you that I will not be paying a restocking fee and better receive some sort of store credit, plus a credit for the fridge soon. I have called my credit card company and spoke with their fraud department about this issue. They have put a stop payment on it and are looking into this mess. Best Buy.com is the worst!!!!

I’d be frustrated too if I attempted to cancel an order, only to find out that it had shipped anyway. Your disappointment at not being able to reach someone who could directly assist you is also understandable, especially if you found yourself on hold for lengthy periods each time you contacted our support hotline.
