Hi,

I recently bought 4 games due to the promotion deal of "Buy 2, Get 2 Free", recieved an email about one of my items that was backordered and I just checked my order status which shows that another item of mine is also backordered. I'm a bit confused as to which item is backordered or both are. I'm also worried due to talks of poor customer service and sudden cancelation of orders, my first experience with Bestbuy.com. When will I actually recieve all of my orders? Will it be possible within 2 weeks?

I finally recieved the shipment but there's still one item left and lately I've been seeing some problems? I was checking my bank activity and one item was deducted out of my checkings account which I assumed the order must've went through. However, some days later, I can't seem to find it in my statement. The order vanished from my bank account and the money from that order was deposit back. I've also checked if my item was in any of my local Best Buy stores and apparently, it is. Yet for some reason, I have yet to recieve that item. So far, all of my packages came in except for that last item. What is going on?

It's been about a month and I've been waiting for my last package and it has yet to come. I've been checking my bank activity and it always states that a transaction is pending yet four days later, it just disappears. I know I have suffiecient funds in my bank account and I've checked the local BestBuy for my order and apparently, they have it in stock. So why is it that I have to wait & recieve my package when it won't come? This waiting is ridiculous and the fact that I have yet to recieve any kind of messages about my package as to why it's taking so long is even more ridiculous. Is there any way for me to simply pick up my package at the local BestBuy at all?
