Backordered: ACER Iconia A500 8gig CYBERMONDAY SALE.. BB kills Christmas

I ordered one last sunday and it stayed at "in process" for a week.. then suddenly it got backordered.. best buy sucks at these black friday/cybermonday  deals.. they should not lead people to believe that they actually sell enough items to people while still it clearly says "available online" then to find out that you just have to say sorry to people who you gonna give gifts to this christmas because Best Buy sucked at online orders.

if an item is back ordred when they say it was In stock, shouldn't we be able to cancel the item? They lied and they do not have in stock. Give our money back so we can buy something in time for Christmas not wait 30 days just to find out they don't have it then cancel it. This is bs.

this article details how best buy came out on top w/ black friday sales. they should perhaps redo that count in a few weeks after 3/4 of their online sales have been cancelled by them themselves.

oh also if you want to cancel just go into your order on thier website click on the order number and you can click the cancel button. anything backordered can be cancelled.

The average response time is 3 to 5 days. You've only been here 22 hours. They work typically on a first-come, first-served basis. The people who have posted before you, are typically taken care of first.
