MY NAME IS ... PANINA {removed per forum guidelines}
ORDER DATE ... 4-10-12
ORDER NUMBER:... {removed per forum guidelines}
I PLACED TWO ORDERS BACK TO BACK LAST WEEK ONLINE....ONE FOR A LAPTOP FOR $699 AND ONE FOR A 32GB SD CARD FOR $85 .....AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS I GET AN EMAIL SAYING 1 ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND ONE ORDER WAS READY FOR PICK UP???
BOTH WERE PAID FOR WITH THE SAME GIFT CARD , SAME BILLING INFO NAME ETC, NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF INFO DIFFERENT .....I WENT TO THE STORE AND CHECKED THEY SAID THEY HAD THE LAPTOP, I SHOWED THEM MY RECEIPT FOR THE GIFT CARD PLUS THE RECIEPT FOR THE ORDERS AND THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND EITHER IN FACT THERE OPERATIONS MANAGER EVEN TRYED TO CALL AND GET SOME ANSWERS BUT NO LUCK....IVE BEEN TOLD I WILL B CALLED BACK IN 24 HOURS 48 HOURS 3-5 DAYS NOW WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO CALL ME??? WHATS GOING ON?? I NO LONGER HAVE THE GIFT CARDS AND NEED A NEW GIFT CARD SENT TO ME ASAP SO I CAN COMPLETE MY PURCHASE.
BEST BUY THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WHEN WILL IT STOP???

Thanks for reaching out to us and I apologize that your order was cancelled, even though the other order you placed at about same time went through with the same information. I can only imagine how frustrating this would be, seeing as everything was put in the same.
According to our records, we show the same reason for cancellation, which was we were unable to verify the information. Most often, this means that something was put in the order incorrectly, however sometimes it can mean that something with the order conflicted in our system. Unfortunately we don’t have a more precise answer as to what happened, however I can certainly try to suggest replacing the order and seeing if it works. Otherwise, you can certainly purchase in the store itself and they should be able to assist you.
