I purchased a laptop in store at BB 5 days ago. I signed up for the card and used the zero interest financing option on my new card. The dilemna I'm facing is that the laptop does not perform the way I would like and the only exchange I would consider is from the BB outlet center, which is online only. I would like to purchase the laptop on my BB card and have the fiancing option but I do not have a card yet. Anyway to do this before actually recieving my physical card? My urgency in this matter is that the outlet items seem to have very limited quanities.

Return the unit completely, and ask the store to call hsbc for you and get your full account number so that you can buy it online.

I am sorry to read that the initial laptop you had purchased recently from us did not meet you needs as expected. I can certainly understand your desire to get the credit card information as quickly as possible to place the order on BestBuy.com as items in the Outlet Center can sell out quickly at times.
