Hello,
Can anyone help with my order here? I had placed an order for a laptop but it still shows that the order is in processing when it had an estimated arrival date of today or tomorrow.
I had paid for upgraded delivery service as well.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm also worried about my order (bought the same laptop BBY-97WKN). I made the order on 03/17/2012 and payment has been made, but since the 17th the status of my order is "order at warehouse in process of shipping". I also paid for Express delivery and the estimated delivery date is 03/19/2012-03/20/2012 (so. today).
But no update, tracking no., nothing has been sent to me. Any one from Best Buy that could help?

Sent an email to BestBuy through the email form and got an automated response, describing the process to view my order status through the BestBuy.com webpage -_________- . This doesn't help.

If your reading this I recommend you cancel your order before it is shipped (if possible), this does not look good. No one has contacted me. Today is the delivery limit I payed for.

Since theres been no replies from BestBuy, I'm calling my bank, to cancel the payment. Very disappointed.

I ordered an Alienware m14x from the site and selected express shipping (one day to process + one day to ship), order was supposed to arrive yesterday.
From the moment the order was complete the order status has been: "1 item(s) - order at warehouse in process of shipping". I replied on an older post and have recieved no help, I'm really getting frustrated.
I even sent a private message to one of the Community Connectors and have recieved no reply.
Anyone from Bestbuy that could help?

i also order a laptop alienware m18x AM18X-8727BK on 04/03 and bestbuy say the estimated delivery day is 04/05-04/06 ( that was yesterday ) but untill today i check the status is say : in process , can i know what happen with my order ??? , i give the e-mail to the bestbuy center but received no reply , i call the bestbuy support center and a man say with me : the order is in process......, i was paid express shipping cost for this laptop....... , so sad i waitting for all day and off the job for just waitting for it ...... my order number is : BBY01-449958001682 , can someone help me????
