I ordered a Nintendo 3DS for my son for Christmas online with the store pick up option. I went with your company because you were offering a $50.00 gift card with purchase. That was back on December 10th and have not received the gift card as of yet. I saw where another customer had received a responce from you on here and figured I would try to as well. I have called and submitted a claim, emailed BestBuy, and visited my local stores customer service department without any results to get my gift card. If someone here could help me that would be greatly appreciated as I would like to use the gift card towards the purchase of some games for my sons new 3DS. Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.
