Nothing to know. She has helped me out with previous customer service complaints I have filed and she's helped in satisfactory resolving them. I've simply just saved her previous PM's in case I've run into additional problems. She's a Best Buy Moderator, but click this link:

Well, I sent her a personal letter of thanks because of her help with me. The reason being was that I forgot to ask her for help and I ended up sending emails out to Best Buy executives and they referred the matter to her. It was soon after that I started getting messages that Melissa from Best Buy.com was looking into my orders over this problem and I soon received messages that most of my orders were processed soon after.
When sending messages, it's always best to be professional when sending messages to Best Buy management. You get a better response. Oh, and be respectful.

I just sent a comlaint this morning about my order not being shipped yet, (it's been 5 days), and then found this forum post. While I was creating an account to tell you that I was in the same boat, I get an email from Best Buy telling me that my order was just now shipped. I guess they do respond to negative feedback! To everyone that has ordered small items, not fridges, around the black friday weekend will probably have to wait a while to get your items shipped. I was even able to order two things from newegg, one the day after my bb order and another a day after that, and I have both of the items XD. They need a better order processing...process. Now it's time to see how long the shipping will be.

I think these problems will motivate Best Buy into evaluating the problems related to processing orders and shipping them out. This many complaints, I think it's too big of an issue to simply ignore. I think we're going to see Best Buy trying to improve their service.
