Hello,
I am having a concern about my order... I ordered an item on November 25th, and it has not shipped yet. The item is currently in stock, and was already in stock when I first placed my order for it. Can anyone help give me an update about the shipping of my item, pretty please?

Can anyone help me please? I wanted to get my item before this Friday for a special event, but I know that won't be possible... As of now, I just want to be assured that my other package will get here sometime soon.

Same here, I ordered a Dell Streak 7 on the 25th but haven't received it nor has the status on BB's website changed from in process.
I too would like to be helped with this matter, I PM'ed AaronBBY and RyanBBY about it, but so far no reply.

I'll go ahead and contact a moderator/admin about my concerns if I do not recieve any help by tomorrow...
I understand that they are very busy, I bet they're flooded with orders, questions (obviously), etc. And I hope everyone's issues will be resolved in a timely manner.

Contact Melissa-BBY for assistance. I ended up escalating my Best Buy.com online order to Best Buy execs after the 5th day had passed and nothing was shipped. She contacted me regarding my orders being stuck in limbo and she said she would help me resolve this issue. I did tell her that there were several other members expressing problems with the shipping status issue.

Good news, my item has shipped as of yesterday (11/30)! It'll be here in 3 days, very excited. ![]()

Dude!!! I ordered 14 days ago an Alienware...and they still did not shipped to me...and don´t give me anything about my order status!!

Most of mine shipped by way of yesterday, escept for one item.
Melissa informed me that she knows of everyone's problems with their orders and that Best Buy is working on the problems. It's really great news that our orders are finally shipping out and big thanks to Melissa for sorting this all out.
