3 Month old order still processing, BB ignoring me

Well I've been dealing with order {removed per forum guidelines} for 3 months now...It's still 'processing' and whenever I call in, they say they will have to write a ticket that NEVER gets serviced.  I've called in 15+ times, sent 10+ emails, wrote a BBB complaint...nothing works, they just put a hold on my card every few days for the money and never send me my product.  You make me want to shoplift.

Call your credit card company and have them issue you a new card with a different number. When BBY can't authorize the card anymore they will just cancel the order.

Doesn't sound like they want to cancel so that would defeat the purpose...

Well I would just change the card number but there's also ~$30 worth of rewards certificates stuck up in this so I'm gonna lose those when I finally give up.

And yet another reason Best Buy is doomed. They still cannot fill orders from Christmas and or actually step up to the plate and cancel this mans order and apologize to him for being the worlds most incompetent company.

This is why the CEO is gone and they are starting to close stores. Their customer service is pretty sad and some of their prices are outrageous. Even in "Best Buy training" they tell you that the consumer is now researching the product they want to purchase. This research will certainly include price comparison. When I can buy a HDMI cable on Amazon for $5 vs $60 for the one at Best Buy, I'll wait a day or two for it.

Hopefully your problem gets worked out. I would do as the poster above suggested and get a new card issued.

4 months now, lies on the forums and the phone about handling this or even following up with me, I should get a free TV at this point.
