Well I've been dealing with order {removed per forum guidelines} for 3 months now...It's still 'processing' and whenever I call in, they say they will have to write a ticket that NEVER gets serviced. I've called in 15+ times, sent 10+ emails, wrote a BBB complaint...nothing works, they just put a hold on my card every few days for the money and never send me my product. You make me want to shoplift.

Call your credit card company and have them issue you a new card with a different number. When BBY can't authorize the card anymore they will just cancel the order.

And yet another reason Best Buy is doomed. They still cannot fill orders from Christmas and or actually step up to the plate and cancel this mans order and apologize to him for being the worlds most incompetent company.

4 months now, lies on the forums and the phone about handling this or even following up with me, I should get a free TV at this point.
