I would also like to know what happened with this situation, if you wouldn't mind letting us know. Best Buy is being no help to me right now. I am planning on contacting my state's AG, and the FTC. I am also planning on doing chargebacks with my card company for fraudulent charges. Of course, none of this would be neccessary if Best Buy would simply contact me about the situation. They do not respond at all, except to tell me they received my response and would get back to me.

As stated in many places, if you only put your issue on other peoples threads, you are much less likely to get immediate attention. It is better to have your own thread as then they for sure assign you to a connector.

After researching, I see that Dean from our Corporate Offices has already started researching your situation and should be in touch with you soon.  I'd recommend working directly with him for any additional concerns you have about this matter.

I have a problem with my 2 for $22.98 orders as well. If somebody could help I would appreciate it. Also i didnt want to create my own thread since this one is already here and pertains to my problem. If anybody can help me i would appreciate it. Thank you and have a nice day.
