I would also like to know what happened with this situation, if you wouldn't mind letting us know. Best Buy is being no help to me right now. I am planning on contacting my state's AG, and the FTC. I am also planning on doing chargebacks with my card company for fraudulent charges. Of course, none of this would be neccessary if Best Buy would simply contact me about the situation. They do not respond at all, except to tell me they received my response and would get back to me.
