Good evening. I live in Brazil. I was at Best Buy on 05 / January / 2017 in Orlando I purchased four products, among them a phone (Sansung Gear Icon X) that was defective. MODEL: SM-R150NZKAXAR LEFT SERIAL: {removed per forum guidelines} SERIAL RIGHT: {removed per forum guidelines} I do not remember the total value of the note nor the exact address of the store but I need a second invoice. Hi there, Simone, and thanks for joining the forum,

 

I’d like to think I could go without my cell phone, I have to admit I’m rather addicted to it. I always have it on me, and I feel lost on the rare occasion I accidently leave it home when leaving for work. It’s understandable why you’d want to fix your phone as soon as possible, and while I hope it’s a quick fix, I’d be happy to see if we can locate your receipt for possible service.

 

We do have a quite a few stores in the Orlando area though, so I’ll need to gather some additional details in order to further assist you. As mentioned in the last private message I sent your way last week, I truly wish we were able to provide a receipt as requested. Regrettably though, we simply will not be able to locate a receipt based on the limited information that you've provided. I truly apologize for any frustration this may cause, particularly as I understand this may be necessary to obtain service.
