We want to make sure our customers are able to return their purchases to us as soon as possible, should the need arise. For this reason, the return/exchange period offered by our Return & Exchange Promise begins the day you receive your product, rather than asking our customers wait a day before attempting to return their purchase to us.
Most products can be returned to us within 15 days, with 30 and 45-day periods offered to My Best Buy Elite and My Best Buy Elite Plus customers, respectively.
