I need a copy of my receipt for my urbeats I purchased at an express store that is no longer working.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Our Best Buy Express kiosks are an awesome way to pick up technology when you are on the go. I’m sorry to hear that your new headphones aren’t working properly.

 

I’d like to try to help you locate your receipt so that you can get assistance with those headphones, but in order to do so I’ll need some additional information from you to do so. First off, I’ll need to know which kiosk you used to make your purchase. We have several Best Buy Express kiosks in the Orlando airport, so we’ll need to narrow it down a bit.  What I’ll need to know is the terminal and gate location where you made the purchase.

 

The other thing I would need is the last four digits of the credit card used for the transaction. Because we respect your privacy I ask that you please send me this information via private message by using the link in my signature below this post rather than posting in this thread. I understand that you may not be comfortable providing that credit card information over the Internet.
