iPad Purchase question

Hello! I purchased an iPad on Saturday, opened it, and have set it up. In so doing, I realized I did not get the version with able to content to a cellular network. What is the exchange policy on this? I could not tell if this was subject to the $35 restocking fee or none at all.

It’s 15 days to return it as long as it is not the cellular version you shouldn’t get a restocking fee.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums.  Cellular-enabled iPads are awesome, so I can see why you’d want to upgrade.

 

As Tlari noted, under our Return & Exchange Promise you’ll have fifteen days (thirty of you are a My Best Buy Elite member, forty five if you are Elite Plus) to bring your iPad back for an exchange. Non-cellular iPads do not have an associated restocking fee so you should be all clear on that front.
