horrible customer service/ false advertising

my husband has called and has gotten dropped calls with no call back, transferred to dead lines which end call, chat tells me to call the same number that i have already called, called the store they cant help and give me a bogus number as well. when a tv is purchased with a free 30 day sling trial it would be simple to just send the download link as promised to avoid such frustration to customers. not looking to buy from bestbuy anytime soon nor ever for that matter. nothing but headaches and for a brand that proclaims great customer service i sure havent seen such service.\

We’ve been incredibly busy due in part to the recent holiday season, so please forgive the lateness of my reply! Your patience has been greatly appreciated, particularly as I understand both you and your husband have been trying to get your hands on a missing Sling TV code. I haven’t tried the subscription service myself, but I’ve heard great things about it, so I’d be happy to see how we might help with that.
