Why doesn't Best Buy honer there signs that they have up.

Went into Best Buy to look around. They had a sign up that said if you buy a 1050ti you get a free copyof Destiny 2. I went to check out and they said they were not runnibg it anymore. I asked why the sign was up and they said they forgot to take it down. I asked for the manager and he said there wasnt anything he could do. In muy opinon he could have honered it and wouldnt have lost a good customer. 3453 Lowery Pkwy, Fultondale, AL 35068.. Time to cacel my BB credit card and stick with Amazon. They have wonderful Customer Service.

Whenever visiting my local Best Buy store, I always keep an eye out for bundle offers, in case I can get something free with my purchase. It’s a great way to not only save money, but score some free merchandise as well. It’s disappointing to hear you weren’t able to take advantage of such a great offer while the promotion was in effect, and I apologize for any frustration this experience may have caused.

Maybe a call to the office that they need to do better at taking signs down that are expired. I understand your terms but most stores honner them if they messed up. I know that there are misprints but this is different. Like I said before It is something that could have been handled. But it is Best Buys loss and not mine. Thanks for the reply.
