Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Online bill pay is an awesome invention. I save so much time by paying most of my bills online. I’m sorry to hear that you are running into issues getting your online bill pay set up.
As jxs2 noted, the My Best Buy credit card is serviced by Citibank N.A. so your best course of action to get your bill pay set up would be to work with them directly. You can sign in to their website for assistance here. If calling works better for you, they can be reached at 1-888-574-1301.
They should be able to get you up and running with online bill pay. If you need assistance with anything else Best Buy related, please let me know.
