Warranty - Urgently

I’m from Brazil and I bought a TZUMI SLIM POCKET JUICE 10000MAH CHARGE at Bestbuy store (1432, Butterfield Rd - Downers Grove, 60515 - IL) on march 11th - 2018! I don’t know why but it stopped to work now! 

So, How can I resolve it? It has warranty, isn’t has?

Could you please help me with it?

Best Buy can't help with warranties as these are serviced exclusively manufactured. 


Did you purchase a Geek Squad protection with this? You may need to be in the USA in order to use the warranty as Best Buy does not have international warranty covereage I believe.


In general, items purchased in the USA are assumed to be used there and may not be compatible in your locale.
