How do I check to see if I have an active warranty on my Solo 2 Wireless Beats Headphones?

You have a great question! Let me just tell you, you have come to the right place, well at least one of many. Almost any local Best Buy store can help you with your question.

 

In order for me to best assist you, we will need to locate the purchase receipt to let us know what kind of protection your Solo 2 Wireless Beats headphones have. When you get a moment, please send me the following information via a private message:

  • Phone number/email address associated with your Best Buy account
  • Your My Best Buy Member ID
  • What product(s) are/were purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Store location
