We recently purchased an LG Oled TV and after owning it for 2 weeks we were have issues with the TV. We stopped in North crest store in Fort Wayne and Tristan patiently listened to our concerns and offered several suggestions. We decided to exchange the TV for another LG Oled. We went home and packed up the defective TV and walked back in the store and Tristan was there to greet us and helped to make the switch quick and easy! Tristan was extremely helpful and professional. I love Best Buy
