Hello. Im sure Best Buy will help you with this (refund, replace, repair). Just let them know what exactly you want to get.
I'm also have some problem with Best Buy right now (wrong washer was deliverd), but they trying to help me. At least they pretend to help.

I apologize for the poor experience you had in your local store. As for your refund, the amount of time it takes for the money to go back into your account will depend on how your bank or credit card company handles refunds. I suggest reaching directly out to them should you need it processed more quickly.
For my part, I’d like to take a look into your return and document it in our corporate systems. I’ll also reach out to the local leadership teams to help make sure that this kind of thing doesn’t happen again.
