You know, in my life I've discovered that there are products and brands to which I will just not give over my money. I was discouraged to read of your experience with a series of defective TVs and I regret any inconvenience to you.
I was disheartened to hear that this experience may cause you to reconsider Best Buy as a shopping destination.
