I was really hoping to e-mal this directly to Best Buy, but for some reason they don't have that option at this time.
I'm basically upset that on my store pickup recently because the store is putting stickers on every item you pickup. Most of the time this is not an issue, but I recently purchased the Zelda BotW Special Edition and of course they put a sticker on it. Despite my best efforst to remove the sticker, the sticker still pulled off some of the box. Normally I'm not too concerned, but I wanted to keep this as a collector's item and now it is basically ruined for me. I tried calling customer service, but they did nothing to help with the situation. I understand it's probably soldout and that I won't be able to get a new one through Best Buy, but they could of at least offered some sort of credit for the issue. I still wouldn't be happy, but at least I'd feel like they listened and understood my concern. I purposely did the in store pickup since I was afraid the item could have been damaged during shipping, but now I wished I would have had it shipped. Most likely this will fall on deaf ears, but hopefully someone might see it and understand that putting stickers on items isn't necessarily the best way to go. Sorry for the venting for those who read this.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m jealous that you were able to get your hands on the Special Edition of Breath of the Wild, and I can understand how disappointed you are having part of the box damaged by a sticker.
We put stickers on all of our store pickup orders in order to identify who they are for. We always try to put them in unobtrusive places to avoid marking the product, but sometimes we aren’t completely successful with that. If you can think of a better way to organize and identify orders than using the stickers, I’d love to read about it.
