Store Experience!

I want to acknowledge the manager Zac and Associate Rana at the Dearborn, Mi store.  After a hiccup with my original order. Zac was easy to deal with...even when I wasn't very pleasant to him...he was fair and I was treated with respect by both Zac and Rana upon my return to the store to remedy the issue.  I appreciate the way he handled it and I walked away a happy customer. If not for Zac it could have ended much differently.  Best Buy is fortunate to have these employees!  Thank you Zac and Rana.
