Still waiting for refund after 7 days

I purchased 4 new appliances for my home, 2 of which we’re delievered with no problem. The other 2 were kit delievered. 8 days ago I attempted to get s refund and still have not received one. I have called the store failed and have been told each day that it is a computer glitch and it would take 24 hours to correct. As of today I still haven’t received my refund. I have called and filed complaints and each time they tell me the store has to be the one to correct the problem. Best Buy currently owes me about $2500. I would to be contacted by someone who can fix this problem ASAP!!

We are working as quickly as we can to respond to all of the messages we have received this holiday season. I am sorry to hear that your refund has not been processed yet. $2,500 is no small amount so I can completely understand why you would want to get that back as quickly as possible.
