Refrigerator purchase 1year ago and waiting

Purchased a refrigerator a year ago this month and am still waiting to get one that has not been damaged. Originally purchased a GE bottom freezer which after the fact found out it had to be special preferred. No problem. It took six weeks or so
To arrive. Damaged when arrived. They ordered a replacement. Waited and for over three months no replacement . During that time the existing damaged on stopped working properly. Local Best Buy sent a lonanet. Thought was a nice gesture. Middle of May 2016. Local management with Best Buy contacted me to ask what they could to to solvenmy
Problem. I DID NOT contact them . I was waiting patiently. Collectively we decid d to order a different style GE(. My placement space is smaller than the average sized fridge. 32"). So we went with a 22" GE side by side. Waiting until August 2016 for it to arrive at my home. Exciting day. The delivery men unpacked and started inspection when
They found the top of fridge hinged corner damaged beyond repair. Disappointing once again. Spoke with management again. Conclusion. We would order a different brand. Ordered this time a Samsung and would take about six weeks
To get. WIted and waited and waited no fridge. Spoke with store again. They didn't know where it was and could tell me . So let option to Oder another brand and the only option left a whirlpool French rooted. The reason for not purchasing a top freezer fridge is I have major

And thought this would help with day to day kitchen issues. So now my
Patience are running ver slim. Go into the local
Store and speak with the general manager and he places the order for the Whirlpool. To take six weeks or so. Recieved it early Nov 2016 . There were scratches on it and also some insulation foam that does not come off of the dealings in the freezer doer. It is very noticeable since other fridge is black and the foam it white. Tried to take it off every I could think of but doesn't come off. So the stor supposidly has ordered replacements and this was November 2016. It is now end of February 2017 and still DO NOT have damage free refrigerator. How much more patience do I need to have?
Is I ask is for andamage free fridge that inoriginally ordered a year ago. Call the local store and also stop by the store to see the progress of the order and they say it is on order. Well that has been going on four months. Patience has run out. !!!!!!! I am VERY, VERY , VERY ANGRY. BEST BUY CONTACTED ME AND SAID THEY WOULD DO WHAT EVER IT TOOK TO MAKE THIS ORDER RIGHT! WELL THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN MADE RIGHT . I HAD TO SETTLE FOR THE BRAND I DID NOT WANT ALL MY OTHER APPLIANCES IN MY NEW KITCHEN ARE GE. NOW I HAVE HAD TO SETTLE FOR THE FOURTH OPTION AND ONLY OPTION LEFT!

I can only imagine that your patience has ran very thin at this point. I’m thankful you took time to share with us here.

I am working with Scott at this time and am waiting for another replacement. He did state that if this replacement does not produce a damage free unit that this will be Best Buy's last attempt to get me a refrigerator. This is unacceptable with me. When the local store originally contacted me they said they would do whatever it took to get this issue resolved and writing me off by refunding me is not taking care of the issue. Yes, it will take care of Best Buy's problem by getting rid of me and leaving me hanging without a unit. I have run out of options as well and feel this is not my fault. I was pledged they would do what ever it took to resolve the problem and this would not be resolving it. It would be just washing Best Buy's problem and saying took care of that!!!!
