Despite my best efforts, I’m absolutely terrible at keeping track of receipts. I’ll even put them in a “safe location” thinking that it’ll be easy to keep track of them, but I’ll conveniently forget where that might be. The good news, though, is that if you have a My Best Buy membership, you may be able to locate the receipt after viewing your purchase history on BestBuy.com. That’s what I normally do; however, it would admittedly be difficult to do that if you don’t have a membership, so I appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance. I’ll be happy to help however possible.
I’ll need some additional information outside of what you’ve already provided to see if we can manually locate a copy of your receipt, so please be on the lookout for a private message heading your way shortly.
