I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO TO BEST BUY EVER AGAIN AND ONCE I AM DONE WITH MY COMPLAINT HERE, I FILING A COMPLAINT TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION FOR FRAUD IF I DONT GET MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY! MY RETURN CUSTOMER SERVICE PIN: {removed per forum guidelines} / DATE TRANSACTION WAS RTND IS TODAY. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! I PAID USINGMY DEBITCARD, NOT A CREDITCARD. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME PURCHASE THE TV, THEN YOUR USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE NEVER GAVE ME MY RECEIPT AND WHEN I CAME IN TODAY TO RETURN MY TV, YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL KE I HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE BACK MY OWN MONEY!!! I DID NOT PAY BY CREDITCARD, I PAID BY DEBITCARD SO THAT BANKING PROCESSING IS A BUNCH OF CRAP AND THEN TO ADVISE REGARDING A RETURN POLICY WHEN I WAS NEVER GIVEN A RECEIPT!!! YOU HAVE UNTIL TOMORROW TO RETURN MY MONEY OR I AM FILING THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND I WILL CONTINUESLY PUT THE WORST REVIEWS REGARDING HOW HORRIBLE BEST BUY IS AND TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITJ A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY NOW!!!!

There's nothing more frustrating in my world than having to wait for a refund to post to my account statement, so I certainly understand your sentiment over your recent return experience. I regret any inconvenience to you.

 

Generally speaking, a refund to a debit card will not be reflected on your statement for about 5-7 business days. This is due to the policies of most banks, not Best Buy withholding your funds. In some cases, financial institutions may be able to accelerate this process, so if you need your funds sooner than the time frame I mentioned, I suggest contacting your bank.
