Re: TERRIBLE NEW RETURN POLICY

I'm also seeing same Terrible new return policy.

I purchased products like LG tones + Geek sqad protection plan over period of time but every 3 months, LG tone was not working. Now after a while I returned chromecast within 10 days return policy, I 'm flagged for no more returns.

I reached out to--888-224-1920 number provided by best buy customer care but on 888 number person dont know how to fetch accounts without transaction id. itstotally hopeless, not even bother to talk to customer.

I strongly feel not to buy anything from best buy anymore.

Re: TERRIBLE NEW RETURN POLICY

Welcome VikrantShirbhate-

Thank you for choosing Best Buy for your electronic needs. It’s discouraging to learn that you may have been provided a warning about returning items. I’d be happy to provide some advice on this subject for you.

If you’ve been provided a warning, or ban for returns you’d need to work directly TRE regarding this matter. The Retail Equation (TRE) is a third party service that many retailers, including Best Buy, utilize to help track returns/exchanges in an effort to prevent losses and keep prices low for our customers. I’m sorry our agents at 1-888-BEST BUY were unable to assist you with your concerns.

You’re more than welcome to learn more about TRE here. Please let me know if you happen to have any questions about the dispute process.

Respectfully,

Mariah|Social Media Specialist | Best Buy® Corporate

Re: TERRIBLE NEW RETURN POLICY

As I mentioned earlier, TRE people dont entertain.

I have returned items either under 15 day return period or products stopped working within protection plan period.

Whats the use of expensive protection plan if you consider that as return for defective product
