If mavic pro is damed within 7 days of purchase can it be replaced?

Hi there Herusvn, 

I've never flown a drone before, but I hear it can be pretty challenging! As such, it's not uncommon to have a couple crash landings. I'm sorry to hear that your Mavic Pro may have somehow been damaged, especially so soon after purchase. 

Regrettably, our Return & Exchange Promise does not allow us to return damaged items. As we do not currently sell Geek Squad Protection plans on drones, we would not have a way to service the item. As such, I would encourage you to reach out to the manufacturer to see what kind of service options you may have through them. You may check out DJI's repair page here

I mean the represtitive who assisted me didnt even offer the protective plan to me , is there a way i can purchase the plan after initial transaction?

As I previously mentioned, we unfortunately do not currently sell these plans on drones. This would be why one was not offered to you. 

For future reference though, please know we are unable to sell plans after the time of purchase on devices that have already been damaged. Should your device still be in appropriate condition, we may be able to sell a plan to you for a short period of time after purchase.
