I bought a tv on June 22nd in bestbuy store and exactly 2 weeks later I see bestbuy has a price drop on the same TV(55R615). From my understanding there is a way to receive a refund for the difference in price? The stores are closed, so I haven't been able to call in, but if this is possible, how do I receive the partial refund? Do I have to go into the same store I got the unit? Do I talk to someone over their customer service hotline once they're open?

Depends on how the sale took place and if it falls within the Price Match guarantee.
Store purchases should he handled in store.
Everything else see the PM Guarantee to make sure you qualify.

As hockeycanuckjc mentioned, the best way to get a Price Match under our Price Match Guarantee is to reach out to the place where you made the purchase. That is, reach out to the store for a store purchase or call us at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) for an online or phone purchase.
