I frequent the Best Buy location (store 1171) at the Southglenn mall in Centennial, CO and wanted to compliment an employee on the excellent customer service they provided. I went in to have a Zagg glass screen protector installed on an ipad 9.7 (2017) eddition and Cody in the Best Buy mobile section did a great job on the install. Cody was extremely polite, made sure the work area and ipad was clean, and removed all dust spots before starting. He took his time and the screen protector was installed perfectly, no bubbles or any other imperfections.
While I like this Best Buy location because it's close to me and most of the staff has been very friendly, the yellow-shirt loss prevention person at the front needs to tone down his attitude. Unfortunately, I didn't see his name tag, but I believe he is of latin American heritage and is usually the person at the door. Everytime I have been stopped here several times after purchasing something and then I have to get everything out of the bag, while the loss-prevention person takes his time scanning the reciept. This has happened several times, including when I have bought everything from a small screen cleaner or fridge filter to large purchases like a camera, laptop computer, or an ipad. I really wish that this loss-prevention employee would tone down his attitude, as it's very annoying to be treated like I have done something wrong everytime I shop at this location. When I have checked out at the register, have the item in a Best Buy bag, and a reciept in hand, I don't need to have my purchases thoroughly checked before leaving the store.

Putting those screen protectors on just the right way to apply it with no bubbles or particles underneath is quite the feat of skill. I’m excited to see you were able to get this protector installed to your liking by our expert Cody, and his preparations to make sure his work was perfect was great to read!
