Poor customer service

Went to the best buy in new braunfels tx, I went to buy 2 55 in TVs.. There is no one in the department so I see a floor man and ask him for help he says he will call some one so I go back to the TVs a boy shows up and is talking to someone on headset and motions to me he will be right with me soI wait and he turns around and walks over to the two MEN and asked if he could help them... So I left and you lost out on 2 Tv sells

We’re disheartened to hear that you were not provided with the expert service that we strive for at New Braunfels, but we appreciate all the time you’ve spent registering with the Best Buy forums to bring this to our attention! 

 

Having worked in the store myself, I’m disappointed in knowing that a sale slipped through our fingers, but we couldn’t hope to improve our customer service without listening to the feedback of our customer’s! 

 

I’ll cross my fingers there will be a time in the near future where you’re able to make Best Buy your shopping destination once again, but until this time arrived, always feel welcome to write back to us now that you’ve joined the community!

Actually went back and could not get helped again.. You really should have someone look in to this

Thanks for stopping back to the Best Buy forums to provide us with your feedback on a recent follow-up.  Anytime our employees are not providing you with the expert service that we strive for, you bet we want to know about it. 

 

Since this appears to be occurring to you, I would recommend addressing your concerns with a manager on duty.  Real time critique can often yield the best coachings to help improve any shortcomings in our customer service.  You should also feel welcome to email, using the Store Locator, and send the leaders an message to make sure you're getting your concerns passed along.  This email should be checked regularly by the leadership team. 

 

Please know I too have sent your posts to the store leaders.  I'm truly hoping that out of the many ways we can improve, as stated earlier, we can only get better by listening to our customer's!  Have a wonderful week and please never hesitate to let us know if we can ever assist with anything else!
