Outrageous

Best Buy is a special company, I have received horrible customer support and now nobody wants to help. This company has really tore me apart and now that I can’t get a hold of any body is rediculous. I bought a tv from them and when I brought it home it was cracked straight out of the box. I have called and called and they all say that they can’t do anything about it, since I picked it up in store. I went to multiple stores to see if they will return it and nobody will because they store that I purchased it from said it was my fault. Now that being said I asked him nicely how was it my fault and he told me based on finger prints. So that being said how do I know that his employees didn’t touch it and how does he know it’s my finger print. That’s what gets me is he is saying I did it based on a finger print so I continued fighting and fighting and now when I even step into the store they customer service employees act like I’m just a bother that I shouldn’t be in the store and now the GM is so aggravated with me and basically told me not to bother with him because I’m NOT getting a new tv or my money back. This is just pathetic and out rageous on the customer service there. I’m getting really close for fileing a law suit because this is no way to be treated. And if a law suit is what I have to do then that’s the way it will be. I am so fed up dealing with something that was not my fault. Also based on there terms and policy’s I should have had a 14 day return note I took it back the same exact day. The last time I talked to them they told me that all damaged goods are final sale. So pretty much what that means to me is that if something is damaged in the box when you buy it then sorry about your luck but the sale is final. How does this make any since what so ever. I’m sorry but Best Buy’s company is just out rageous and not willing to help there customers out.

Using the information you provided when registering for the forums, I can see that it looks like you’ve already been in contact with my team via Facebook. Our response would remain unchanged in that upon review, Best Buy would not be able to accommodate the return request.

I have figured there is nothing that can be done. The company is a joke I’m out of my money and now there is nothing I can do because you all keep running me around in circles. This is absolutely crazy Best Buy is a joke. Thanks for wasting my money and my time.
