I purchased a laptop recently and got the Office 365 1 year but on the ticket there is only a 19 characters number/letters and it says it is invalid, I have all ticket information you may need, please help me since I want to activate my Office License.

Wow, do you know if there is a virtual resolution? Thing is, I was traveling while purchsed the laptop and I am not in the country anymore and can't go back. Any other support workaround? I can provide any information needed.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. As someone who uses Office every day I understand how frustrating it must be to have received a key card that isn’t working to activate your subscription.
As geishafish noted, usually the best solution for this is to bring the card back in to one of our stores for an exchange. As you aren’t in U.S. at the moment, however, contacting Microsoft directly is your next best step. I hope that you’ve already reached out and they were able to help you out. If not and you need help finding the local phone number for their support line, please let me know what country you are currently in and I’ll try and track that information down for you.
If Microsoft is unable to assist you, or if they need any additional information, please reach out to me via a private message using the link in my signature below. Please include your name, along with the purchase information for the Office key card. If you bought it online, that would be the order number. If you purchased in a store, what I’ll need instead is the customer service PIN from the bottom of your receipt.
